French tenor Sebastien Gueze is an exciting young artist who is receiving widespread recognition as one of the most promising tenors of his generation.

He has been come to international attention for his performances in theaters including the SemperOper Dresden, Theatre Royale de la Monnaie, La Fenice Venezia, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, L'Opéra Comique de Paris, L'Opéra de Lyon, L'Opera de Marseille, L'Opera de Bordeaux, L'Opera de Lausanne, Festival di Spoleto as well as at the Greek National Theater, The Warsaw Opera, the Florida Grand Opera in Miami and many others.

In the 2012, 2013 seasons Gueze starred as Alfredo in Andrea Breth's production of La Traviata at the Theatre Royal de la Monnaie in Brussels also Alfredo at the Dresden Semperoper, as the title role of Roméo et Juliette in Miami, and of Pelléas et Mélisande at the Opéra de Nice, Nemorino in L'Elisir d'Amore (Sao Paolo, Brazil). He then sang his first Nadir in Les Pecheurs de Perles in Strasbourg. Performances for the 2013/2014 season include singing as Gontran in Les Mousquetaires au Couvent at the Opera de Lausanne, and as Pinkerton in Madame Butterfly at the Opera-Theatre D'Avignon, Le Chevalier de La Force in Les Dialogues des Carmélites in Lyon, La Bohème at Opera North Leeds Manchester...

In 2014-2015, Sébastien Guèze will sing the title role of Les Contes d'Hoffmann, Le Chevalier Des Grieux in Manon (Massenet), Laërte in HamletRodolfo in La Bohème and many others.
